2008 Stanton Foundation Scholarships

The Stanton Community Schools Foundation offers scholarships to graduating Stanton seniors every year. This year we have 19 scholarships totaling $10,450.00. Scholarship applications are due to our guidance counselor Kendra Marshall April 18, 2008. The guidelines are listed below.

Frank J Hecht– 2 scholarships awarded for $900.00 per scholarship

Margaret E Prusa Memorial– 1 scholarship awarded for $ 300.00 for individuals who have an interest in Art.

Frank Raabe Memorial– 1 scholarship awarded for $100.00

Esther Raabe Memorial– 1 scholarship awarded for $100.00

W.G. Vogel– 1 scholarship awarded for $1,000.00

Foundation Sport– 4 scholarships awarded for $200.00 per scholarship for students who have participated in High School Sports

Bess Waring Memorial- 2 scholarships awarded for $500.00. This scholarship is awarded to students entering the Education field only. Please note this on the application

Richard & Jean Howell Memorial– 1 scholarship awarded for $300.00

Elmer & Frances Zubar Memorial – 1 scholarship awarded for $1,000.00 per year up to four years. Scholarship will be based on need as well as academics & citizenship.
