The Stanton Mustang Boys ended their regular season with a win over Emerson-Hubbard 45-39.

Marcus Spotanski would get fouled and convert one of two more free throws, giving the Mustangs a 3 pt lead with a minute to go. After a Nathan Arens steal, Parker Krusemark would tack on another free throw. With Stanton up 4, Arens would get another steal and Spotanski added two more free throws making the score 45-39. “I’m just very proud of how the team finished down the stretch, we’ve been in so many close games throughout the season and tonight they showed great maturity and perseverance but making plays in all areas of the game to secure a solid team victory”,said Stoddard
